How to think more positively and worry less training

Do you sometimes feel that you are in the tunnel of worry and you can’t see the light at the end? This course will help you manage your problems in a more solution focused way so that you focus on the light and motivate yourself to get through the problems by thinking in a more positive way. This, in turn, helps us to manage our life at work and at home and significantly improves our overall well being. AIMS · To identify what worry is and how it makes us feel. · To raise awareness of how positive thinking can reduce levels of stress and worry · To look at ways of managing difficulties with a solution focused approach Cost: £50 per person (ILA vouchers accepted)
