Supporting transition to secondary for a child with visual impairment

Course overview: Set within the framework of the early developmental goals, the day offers a practical workshop to consider the implications of visual impairment on the child’s learning, with an opportunity, to explore ways in which the child’s sensory development can be supported. Approaches, ideas, strategies and ways in which “planning” can be adapted appropriately will be offered, with early years resources available to look at and experiment with.
