| Service Description | New Day Care Centre in North Birmingham. We cater for people with a Disability (including working age dementia) aged 18 upwards. Qualified Nurses will attend to your nursing needs, whilst NVQ trained staff will ensure your personal needs are met. Our aim is to provide social and leisure opportunities, as well as linking in with other services , enabling our patrons to participate in educational opportunities and facilitate integration into the local community. Our philosphy is based on the fact that disabled people should have a choice of how they spend their time. Each patron will have a flexible, personalised plan which will offer activities both on and off site. The perfect solution for those who want to learn and have fun whilst making friends and meeting other people. |
