Offer supported accommodation to adults who find learning difficult, and who would be vulnerable or susceptible to various forms of abuse. These adults include those with moderate learning disabilities, or who may have a physical disability or perhaps who have experienced emotional problems.
Offer short or long term packages to meet the individuals needs. This will depend upon the assessment of the individual, and we will provide the appropriate systems and assistance such as daily living, which may include day to day financial management, and assessing community support and resources, life skills etc. |
