"Clay reigns supreme as the greatest and most marvellous toy possible..Clay is something that is nothing, but which can become anything and everything." (Making Learning Visible -Project Zero) Early learning through touch is a vital experience for young children with sight loss. The course presenters will explore the theory and practice of how art can compensate for children's restricted perceptual experiences and support their developing self image.
