| Service Description | We aim to work with people with learning disabilities and their carers to enable people to make more choices and have more control over their own lives. We provide advocacy for adults with learning disabilities in Hammersmith and Fulham. We have a specific worker for those from Black and Minority Backgrounds, we also have an advocacte for carers of people with complex needs. We also have a worker for parents who have a disabled child. The advocacy services also supports a self- advocacy group Safety Net who are listed with check the map. |
