Understanding the Autism Spectrum

This is a foundation level course for those with little prior knowledge of ASDs, to develop an awareness of the key attributes and effects of ASD. It will cover the key diagnostic features of ASDs and implications for living and working with individuals with an ASD. You will gain the knowledge to help with identifying the key factors affecting communication, social and emotional understanding, and flexibility of thought and behaviour.
