Bal- A-vis-X training Workshop

Integrated Brain are sponsoring the first ever Bal-A-Vis-X training in the UK Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance / Auditory / Vision eXercises, of varied complexity, all of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. These exercises require full-body coordination and focused attention. The program utilises sand-filled bags, racquet balls, and balance boards. Individual exercises vary from one hand tossing a single bag to both hands bouncing four balls in rhythmic sequence. Partner exercises may call for as many as six balls to be in simultaneous motion. The 300 exercises demand cooperation, promote self-challenge, and foster extensive peer teaching. Bal-A-Vis-X is school friendly and just plain fun. The training will be suited to teachers, parents with SEN children, and therapists. For more information visit the
