This one day event will give you the chance to understand how to choose staff who will give you the support you need, when you need it and in the way you want it. It will help you to think about how to treat people fairly and stick to the rules about employing people. It will give you and a supporter the chance to learn more and think about how you want to be involved in choosing your staff.
